Ben Hall
Technical Director

I’m Ben and I’m the Technical Director at Lotus Adapt.  My primary role is designing alternative installation methods to ensure we can safely and efficiently install any product in every situation possible, along with conducting services and emergency maintenance. Ensuring we provide a premium level of customer service that we set out to provide from day one.

I have over 13 years’ experience working within the industry. I started as a workshop trainee manufacturing disabled equipment, progressing up to becoming South Regional Service Manager. Overseeing all Field engineers providing on site, workshop, and classroom training to ensure the best level of service and customer satisfaction could be provided.

Martin Toomer
Installation / Maintenance Director

I’m Martin, and I’m the Installation/ Maintenance Director at Lotus Adapt. My role in the company is field based, conducting installations and servicing. I have a strong work ethic and a good sense of humour which goes hand in hand when performing my duties in this challenging but equally rewarding industry.

I came into the industry as service engineer and quickly progressed into the lead installation engineer before being promoted to senior engineer in 2018. Before this I was an electrician working in the renewable sector so I have always been practically minded though hopeless with computers, to the point that my colleagues will let me answer the phone but cringe if I open the laptop!

Sharon Winstanley
Operations Director

I’m Sharon and I’m the Operations Director at Lotus Adapt. I have worked within the Healthcare industry for the last 14 years. I head up daily operations from speaking to our customers, contract managers and suppliers to ensure we run a smooth operation.

Communication is key to what we do here at Lotus Adapt. There is not a day that goes by where the whole team does not speak, ensuring our customers are our number one priority. I’m so proud of what we have accomplished so far.
